Language and Culture Carnival

Today class was replaced by survey the booth that Miss zu asked us to do. The booth name is Language and Culture Carnival. The carnival was started from Monday until Wednesday.  There are suppose have many booth such as Arab society, Mandarin Society and English Language Society (ELS) but when  we survey there is only ELS still open. So, my friends and I were interview them. The volunteer was Aiman Hamiza, DIA part 4. She is Publicity Exco for this society. She said the objective of this carnival is to educate people language and culture. The theme of this booth to  remembered the childhood memories. There have many stories books  such as Snow White, Rapunzel and so on.  The activities of this society are can dress up like a snow white and they can take our picture. Other than that, they also have face painting. These are picture that we taken that day:)

We also went to Miss Zu food booth. She sold the food such as sandwich and garlic bread. My friends and I got one free drink. Thank you miss Zu :) Then we survey beside of Miss Zu food booth. They have students and lecturer are sold other foods like 'roti canai'. We bought it and asked the lecturer who is Madam Cecilia for the recipe.  The ingredients are :)

Have u watched 127 hours movie? 127 hours is one of the best movie I have seen in this year. This movie is story about one man who like to do outdoor adventures. His name is Aron Ralston (James Franco). He likes to climb mountain. On Saturday, he decided to go for an adventure trek alone at Blue Canon. For me, he is  brave because he has not told anyone where he is going. He is very confident that he can do it all alone.

He started the journey by cycle the bicyle. Then, he stopped for a while to put his bicycle under the tree. He continue the journey by walking. Suddenly, he met two women, Kristi and Megan are lost at Blue Canon. They spent their time together bathing in a lake in cave. After having fun together, he said goodbye to them and continue his walked.

When he wanted to descending a canyon crack, suddenly a big stones comes loose rooling into his arm. Aron realizes that he stuck and he tries to find a way to release the stone. He spent the time until five days with a little of water and without food. That time, Aron always remembered his family and friends. He also made a video to show how he survive his life.

After the fifth day, he decides to sacrifice his arm to survive. When I watched this scene, I can only imagine how painful it is for him. Although, I can not watched the ending of this movie but I think he will lives because of his spirit to live. Sometimes, I felt bizarre and was impressed by how the actor can attract my interest and even made me laugh. It is not easy to find a movie which consist of one actor that was fully acting in this movie. The genre of this movie is maybe adventure. Lastly, I have to say it was very amazing and interesting.

p/s: hopefully can watch another movie at Bel 26o class:)

Today Miss Zu gave us one task which was acted P. Ramlee movie. My group choose scene in Pendekar Bujang Lapuk when at the school. The characters were P.Ramlee, Sudin, Ajis, Pak Abu and Teacher Ros. We had fun and enjoyable moment. Mostly the others group were acted so well. I laughed so loudly when. watched their acted. They really funny :D The best group was group one. They choose scene in Seniman Bujang Lapuk. These are the picture that were taken when we were acting P. Ramlee movie :)

Today was the grammar day. Miss Zu had devided us to 2 group. We had played the online game. My group name was bizarre means weird and the other was calloh callay. Today BEL260 was totally for a while. Miss Zu had be informed to attend the meeting but she asked us to write an essay about a someone characteristics. The essay must be not less than 200 words and sent it with a picture of the person. We can changed the character with someone we like. I wrote about Maria Gate Ashaari. Actually, i used Siti Saleha picture. She is famous artist but i changed it to be a teacher :)

The class was started on 2.10pm. The ice breaking is continue again today. Now, this is my turn. My partner introduced me first then i will do the same. I must talked 4 facts about her but 1 fact must be a lie. 4 fact about her :)

After that, miss Zu asked me to do outdoor activity. She likes to make the class interesting. We must make 2 groups and 2 circles. Everyone will talk about themselves, football and movie in 1 minute. After 1 minute we will exchange partner and start over again. The activity was so fun and exciting

Today is my seconds class for BEL260. I'm felt excited to go because today's activity is ice breaking. The ice breaking is very unique and different from others that i had before. Miss Zu asked us to find a partner. After that, we will introduce our friends' biodata and our friends will do the same thing. My partner was Hanis :) Unfortunately, today was not my turns but the others doing a good job. Mostly of them, make us laugh :D
Oh, i almost forgot last week miss zu asked us to write an essay about 'my expectation for BEL260 class' and she asked us to send it today. Hopefully, miss will read and consider about it. Thank you >_<

i'm nervous T_________T 
actually i'm not a blogger, so i started to feel stress when my lecturer, miss Zu ask me and classmates create a blog for BEL 260 class. fully english !! wow, that sounds not good for me ='= but today i make decision to try it no matter what. i'm sure miss had a reason why she asked us to do that. from now on, i have to updates all my activities in here. so, i hope u guys can enjoy (:
